I went to Edworthy Media to purchase ink cartridges . Spoke with Dominic,  who is a star for the company . He did not have what I needed,  but he contacted a supplier ordering my requirements and getting them delivered to my address the following day. some months ago Edworthy fixed my scanner - good job at a reasonable price.
So when my old printer started misbehaving, I took it to Edworthy to have  a look at it.  They decided it was irreparable.  No charge.  so I asked them for advice on new printer - they recommended a printer which  better met my requirements than the one I had been thinking about.  I ordered it - it arrived next day. Now only a home user, but I needed a new computer as the old one was pegging out.  The thought of transferring the accumulated files of forty years and all the associated programmes really did not appeal - been there, done that, when younger, but things change in leaps and bounds and I really did not want a few days (at least) of frustration and in all likelihood a less than satisfactory set-up.  Enter Edworthy, and in particular Dominic, who made the recommendations on the hardware for my needs, and came over and set it all up to my satisfaction in an afternoon.  Thoroughly recommended!
